Shipping Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
Please check for damage upon receiving items, if anything is damaged call our customer service number within 7 business days.
If you are unhappy for any reason and would like to return your non-custom or non-serviced items for a refund, you must request authorization by calling customer service line within 30 days of the delivery date.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
*Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date at customer's expense.
*All returned items must be received in their original condition.
If return is approved, the product price will be refunded (shipping costs are not refunded).
*The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and can use whichever shipping method preferred. Partial or no credit will be given to items damaged in transit back to us due to poor packaging and handling.
*Specialty wood types will incur a 20% restocking fee.
*Apparel can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of delivery date due to damage or sizing. Once clothing has been worn or washed it will not be accepted for return. Clothing will be inspected after return is received.
*Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of delivery date.
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL for Jewelry & Decals
